Nizar Qabbani is the leader poet in modern times, especially in the 1970's. His poems are distinguished by emotions and rennovation on women and home country. This book is published in the process of Ihyaa al Turath al Arabi fil Mahjar (Rebirth of Arab Heritage in Diaspora) project, supported by the Arab American Encyclopedia, both projects are financed by spiritual and material support from the Arab Palestinian writer Professor Hasan Yahya. The purpose of the projects is to enhance knowledge among young Arab generations in Diaspora. Dr. Yahya resides in Michigan, USA. He has four children and ten grandchildren.
