This scientific research reveals and reflects educational challenges and phenomena in the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as the educational conditions in quarantine. Here it is talking about teaching and learning English as a Foreign Language. The great benefits and challenges faced by students and teachers during the educational process during the Pandemic during the years 2020-2021 are some of the research questions of this research, as well as the approval of the hypotheses during the empirical research. Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Kosovo, the government of the Republic of Kosovo has urgently instructed the implementation of distance education to save the academic year from a serious failure. The objectives of this study were to investigate the process of EFL learning and teaching, to look at student engagement and participation, and to see what distance education problems are faced by EFL teachers and students. After extensive research, it was concluded that EFL distance education was ineffective, there were many challenges and problems of different natures by teachers and students, on the other hand, there were some benefits. This study aims to evaluate the educational process during the pandemic in Kosovo, respectively in English as a Foreign Language in Public Lower and Upper Secondary Schools.
